How to order
You can place your order via our wholesale website or you can email orders to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your order we will confirm delivery dates.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers receive 50% off our retail prices.
We do not have minimum order amounts. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. This can be paid through our online shop or we can send you a digital invoice. To receive an invoice, select "Pay on invoice" at checkout.
If you are one of our returning wholesale customers you may be eligible for NET15 or NET30 payment terms. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee. For consideration, send us an email on email@example.com
Payments via credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, and Checks are all accepted forms of payment.
All of our products are handmade, and depending on stock and order size, will normally be made-to-order. While we will often be able to ship sooner, our maximum lead time for all products except our handcrafted soap is 15 business days. Lead time for our soap is 5 weeks which includes time to cure. If your order is urgent, send us an email and we can try to work something out.
Shipping is free for all US orders over $40, same as our retail customers. Free shipping will be sent via the most economical method. If you have specific shipping requirements contact us and we can invoice you for the shipping separately.
